30+ DIY, ultralight, calorie-dense trail meals built from any Carrefour / Leclerc / Lidl / Intermarché. Rule of thumb: aim for ≥ 400 kcal / 100 g of carried (dry) weight — cards are sorted densest-first, and a green ⚡ means 450+ kcal/100 g.
